<p>A carboxylic acid (4-alkoxy 2-methyl 2H-1,2-benzo-thiazine 3-carboxylic acid or other) is reacted with thienyl chloride inpresence of a tert. amine (pyridine or triethanolamine) and subsequently with an amine (5-amino tetrazole, 1-8C alkylamide, 2-6C alkenylamine or other). The intermediate cpd. formed is treated with an acid (hydriodic or hydrobromic) to give the corresp. carboxylic acid amide.</p> |
