PURPOSE:To enhance the strength withstand a centrifugal force or mechanical vibration and to imporve the heat conduction by employing a sheet prepregged with nonsolvent thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:Sheets 5a-5c prepregged with nonsolvent thermosetting resin are contacted with the inside, upper and lower surfaces of a coil 4 to be filled in a gap to a core 3 to press-fit the core 3 inside of the coil 4. Then, a heat treatment is performed in the state the coil 4 is press-bonded to the pole piece 7 of the core 3. When the sheets 5a-5c filled in the gap are cured, the core 3 is integrated with the coil 4. |
