<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate removal of concrete from a concrete cylinder, by providing a check valve to be opened by the pressure at the rod side on a concrete piston while communicating the cleaning chamber through a counter-flow preventing valve to a water tank. CONSTITUTION:Water supply tube 18 from a water tank 15 is communicated through a check valve 19 to the cleaning room 6. The concrete piston 20 is provided with a check valve 21 to be opened when the pressure at the cleaning chamber exceeds over the pressure at the delivery side. The cleaning work is performed by filling the concrete cylinder 5 with cleaning filler for separating water and concrete then moving the piston 20 back and fro to inject/discharge cleaning water.</p> |
