摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply and rapidy perform measuring operation, by arranging a color forming reagent injecting ejector to the conduit between a specimen sampling port and a specimen sampling container and continuously injecting a definite amount of the color forming reagent using an indigo carmine solution into said ejector. CONSTITUTION:A cock 04 is opened to flow a specimen at a speed of 300-500ml/min from a specimen sampling port 07 and the interiors of a conduit 06a, an ejector 1, a conduit 06b and a specimen sampling container 01 are sufficiently substituted with the specimen. In the next step, a color forming reagent injecting cock 2 is opened to continuously inject a difinite amount of the color forming reagent 4 using an indigo carmine solution in the container 3 into the specimen flowing through the ejector 1 and both of them are mixed in the ejector 1, the conduit 06b and a water supply pipe 03 to develop a color and, at the point of time when the color tone in the container 01 becomes stable, cocks 04, 02 are closed and the color tone is compared with a prepared reference color tone solution to calculated a dissolved oxygen concn. By this method, measuring operation is made simple, a required time becomes short, measuring accuracy is enhanced because of no operation after the sampling of the specimen and, in addition, the continuous quantitative analysis of a dissolved oxygen concn. is enabled.
