<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal of a jamming form and to improve the efficiency of the operation by dividing a machine frame into 2pt, i.e. upper and lower frames about a form conveyance path, and opening them in case of paper jamming. CONSTITUTION:The machine frame is divided into the upper and lower frames about the form conveyance path 1, and a rotating shaft 11 is extended on the lower frame 3. The upper frame 2, on the other hand, is provided with guides 14 and 17 and stoppers 15 and 18 corresponding to rotating shafts 11 and 13. The guide 14 has a recessed bearing part 14c with an opening attached donward, and the rotating shaft 11 is inserted into the opening part 14a and locked in the recessed bearing part 14c to support the upper frame 2. A stopper 15 rotates around a fulcrum (a) of rotation by elevating a release lever 16 as shown by an arrow A to unlock the opening part any time. If paper jams at a paper discharge side in this constitution, the release lever 16 on the paper discharge side is lifted as shown by an arrow A to unlock the rotating shaft 11, and then the upper frame 2 is elevated around the rotating shaft 13 on the paper feed side as a fulcrum while assisted by a spring 5 to open the conveyance path 11, removing the jamming paper.</p> |
