PURPOSE:To facilitate the alteration of a program by stopping processing when the program contains a control stop instruction while performing control according to a specific program on the basis of detection data from a controlled system. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controller 1 is provided with a setting part 2 for setting a control step of temperature, etc., and a display part 3 which displays a control parameter, etc., and the temperature of the controlled system 4 is detected by a sensor 5 and supplied to a central processing unit (CPU) 7 through an A/D conversion part 6. The CPU7 performs programmed control over the controlled system 4 through an output part 9 according to an arithmetic processing procedure stored in a memory 8. This control is carried out by reading a control step out of the memory 8 and starting measuring the step time. This step is checked, and if there is a control stop instruction, processing and following end data is completed. Ring data is written and corrected by stepping data with numeric keys. |
