<p>PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency and increase a processing speed by confirming input data corresponding to its format, editing one data into the format of the other data, and storing the both in respective files. CONSTITUTION:Document input data from the opposite system is received by a receiving part 2. The reception part 2 sends the signal P indicating the kind of the receive data to a control part 10, and input data Q received by a decision part 11 is transferred. The decision part 11 recognizes the kind of the data, loods up a reference parameter memory 51 to find a money order item, and transfers data to the next confirmation part 12 together with an added symbol indicating the kind. The confirmation part 12 confirms the validity of the data d and transfers proper data to an editing part 13. The editing part 13 constitutes document data when the input data Q is item input data or item data when the input data Q is document data to store them in the item data file 31 and document data file 32 of a data file 3 respectively.</p> |
