PURPOSE:To obtain a tanscription mold which can give the flatness equal to glass to the transcription surface by forming an adhesive layer on the rear side of the transcription mold befor the transcription mold is removed after formation of an electroforming film, putting a support plate on the adhesive layer and removing the resist after the adhesive layer is hardened. CONSTITUTION:A resit 2 is coated on a glass substrate 1 with 0.2mum thickness, and concentric grooves, etc. are written to the substrate 1. Then the substrate 1 is developed. Then nickel is vapor-deposited on the surface of the substrate 1 with 500Angstrom thickness, and this nickel is used as an electrode to obtain a nickel electroforming film 4 of 300mum thickness. The ultraviolet curing resin is coated with about lmm. thickness on the rear side of a transcription mold before the transcription mold obtained from electroforming is removed. Thus an adhesive layer 8 is obtained. A glass disk 9 is put on the layer 8, and ultraviolet rays are irradiated from the dide of the disk 9 to cure the layer 8, i.e., the ultraviolet curing resin. Such substrate is dipped into a development liquid tank to dissolve the resist layer 2. Thus a transcription mold is obtained. |
