PURPOSE:To manufacture a rubber-lined slucie valve, which brings the improvement of productivity and reduction of cost, by a method wherein the rubber lining onto the outer and inner peripheral surfaces of a mandrel is efficiently performed at one site by using a single pair of forces by means of a single pressing machine. CONSTITUTION:Pit chambers, in which a spacer supporting a square pin 31 to form a lateral cavity 9 is fitted, and pit chambers 17a, 17b, 18a and 18b, in which a spacer supporting a cylindrical pin 22 forming a rubber-lined central through hole at the central portion, and the like are provided on a top force 10 and a bottom force 11. A mandrel 21 is supported with a certain fixed gap by means of said pin and spacers. Unvulcanized rubbers 37a and 37b are placed on the top surface and undersurface of the mandrel. After the closing of the forces, at first, rubber lining is applied onto the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel. Next, molten rubber is charged by a rubber pressure feed method through a runner 14 formed in the top force into the central through hole and the lateral cavity so as to rubber-line the peripheral surface of the mandrel in order to manufacture a sluice valve. |
