PURPOSE:To absorb the fine vibration of a moving scanning body by fixing a cylinder charged with liquid to the moving scanning body, coupling a wire to both sides of the piston in the cylinder, and driving the scanning body through the liquid. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 30 charged with the liquid 40 is fixed to an original plate 2 as the moving scanning body, the scanning wire 24 is coupled with both sides of the piston 31, and a spring 32 for neutral position returning is arranged on both sides of the cylinder 30. In this constitution, the original platen 2 is driven by the wire 24 through the liquid 40, but the vibration at its start and stop and in the middle of movement is transduced into heat energy by the viscous resistance and friction of the liquid 40 between the piston 31 and cylinder wall. Consequently, the fine vibration of the scanning system is attenuated and absorbed. |
