PURPOSE:To provide a propylene polymer compsn. having excellent adhesion to polyurethane and excellent impact resistance, by mixing a specified rubbery polymer with a heat-treated propylene polymer contg. a hydroxyl compd. and an org. peroxide. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. consists of 100pts.wt. compsn. (A) obtd. by heat-treating a mixture of 100pts.wt. propylene polymer, 0.1-50pts.wt. org. compd. contg. at least one unsaturated bond and a hydroxyl group per molecule and 0.01- 20pts.wt. org. peroxide at a temp. of 400 deg.C or below, but at which the org. peroxide is decomposed, and 1-80pts.wt. at least one rubbery polymer (B) selected from among an ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber, an ethylene/propylene/non- conjugated diene terpolymer, a styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber, an acrylonitrile/butadiene copolymer rubber and polybutadiene. |
