FLAT BATTERY MOUNTED ON CIRCUIT BOARD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a device suitable for circuit design of electronic apparatus by mounting a flat battery on an electronic circuit board. CONSTITUTION:An electroconductive layer 2 is formed by laminating a 7-50mu thick aluminum foil on a board 1 through a 3-5mu adhesive layer and coating a 10-15mu thick electroconductive ink mainly comprising carbon on the aluminum foil. The electroconductive layer 2 serves as a positive current collector on which a positive mix 3 is spreaded by sceen printing process of other coating methods. A negative mix 5 which is coated on the inner surface 6 of an electroconductive plastic film 6 is stacked on the positive mix 3 with a separator 4 interposed, then they are sealed with an aluminum foil which also serves as a negative terminal 7.
