摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the reactive section in a high frequency current range in a boiling cooler for coupling a coolant vessel to a condenser through a coupling tube by forming a conductor in a hollow shape when connecting a semiconductor element contained in a coolant vessel to a cooling fin and a bushing by using a connecting conductor, and forming a hole or a slit which communicates with the outer surface. CONSTITUTION:A coolant vessel 1 and a condenser 2 are connected by a coupling tube 3, coolant 5 is filled in the vessel 1, and a heat generator 6 such as a semiconductor element 7 is dipped therein. Then, the element 7 is connected to a cooling fin 8 and a bushing 4 which is passed through the wall of the vessel 1 with connecting conductors 9, 10. At this time, the conductors 9, 10 are composed of a hollow member of rough surface on the outer surface made of copper, copper alloy or aluminum alloy, and holes or slots which communicate with the outer surface are formed. Thus, when a high frequency current is flowed, the center of the reactive section is formed in a hollow shape, and the weight is reduced, and cooling effect is increased.
