PURPOSE:To cut off simultaneously the flashes formed not only in plural through -holes but also on the outside circumference by disposing deflashing pins with guides, etc. to a deflashing die which is positioned to face a deflashing die on a stationary side and moves back and forth then subjecting the die casting product to various stages. CONSTITUTION:A die casting product 7 having plural through-holes is installed to a deflashing die 6 on a stationary side. A deflashing pin 21 with a guide is inserted into the through-hole 7c in a part of said die casting product. The flash in the through-hole 7c is blanked by the blade part 21b on the side face of the pin 21 and the flashes of the remaining in through-holes 7a, 7b are blanked by the blade parts 23a, 22b of deflashing pins 23, 22. The product 7 is then fitted into the blanking hole 18 of said die 6 by the ejecting part 23b of said pin 23 to blank the flash on the outside circumference of the product 7. The product 7 is ejected from the blanking hole 18. |
