An electronic delayed-response timing relay is proposed which exhibits an instantaneous relay with instantaneous contact, a timing relay with timing contact, a stabilising circuit and a timing circuit controlling the timing relay. In this arrangement, timing circuit, timing relay and voltage stabilising circuit are connected in parallel. The voltage stabilising circuit comprises the series-connected instantaneous relay and a parallel-connected Zener diode. <IMAGE>
