PURPOSE:To enable shifting of a visual range with good reproducibility and observation of an inclined part in an endoscope by forming a titled device in such a way that at least one face of an imaging optical system and solid state image sensing element can be shifted or tilted with respect to the other face. CONSTITUTION:An inserting part 2 of an endoscope is attached via a rubber sheet 31 with piezo-electric elements 32, 33 around a solid state image sensing elemnet and when a voltage is impressed to the piezo-electric element 36 on the rear side of the element 4, the element 4 can be moved vertically or laterally and therefore the observation in the changed visual field is made possible. If a voltage is impressed to the element 32 or 33 to move forward or backward the element, the obscure part can be observed in the focused state. Even if the affected part on the image plane inclines overall, said part is sharply observed by selecting the voltage to be impressed to the vertical or lateral elements 32, 33. |
