PURPOSE:To convert a work to related unattended automation, and to stabilize the quality of a product by executing processes such as storage of a pipe, marking, cutting, bending, welding, etc. by a computer management including a carrying equipment. CONSTITUTION:A pipe material carried out of a storage place enters an automatic marking 14 by a conveyor 13 and enters temporarily a storage place 25 by a conveyor 15. The pipe fed by an automatic pipe carrying device 16 and line conveyors 22, 17 is fed automatically into a high-frequency bending device 18, an automatic cutting device 19, an NC groove working machine 20, an automatic welding machine, etc., worked, and carried out by work tables 21, 24, etc. These works are all managed automatically by a host computer, a control computer, a floppy disk generating computer, a microcomputer, etc., all the works are unattended and automated, and a manufacturing plane of a product and its quality are improved. |
