摘要 PURPOSE:To automate the entire welding stage in the stage of welding a stud to a base material by using a welding robot and operating welding work with a section for supplying the base material for welding, a section for stud welding, a section for supplying and mounting a stud and a section for housing a stud. CONSTITUTION:A robot A provided with arms A1, A2 which support a mechanism for transferring a welding gun and a base material F for welding is used in the stage of attaching a stud to the base material by arc stud welding. The arms are turned to a section B for supplying a base material F to grasp the material F and are transferred to a section C for stud welding. The welding gun turns to a section D for supplying and mounting the stud where the stud is mounted to the welding gun and thereafter the welding gun is transferred over the material F in the section C and the stud is welded to the material F. The base material completed of welding is grasped by the transfer mechanism and transferred to a section F for housing the base material and thereafter the gun is turned again to the section B. The above-mentioned stage is repeated.
