PURPOSE:To achieve complete sealing and improve the strength of a pinch-fusing area by completing a dumet-fusing area through quenching and pinching in such a manner as to form a concave area on one or both surfaces of the dumet-fusing area. CONSTITUTION:After each member is set in a given position, the member is heated with a burner while being rotated. Next, the region of a dumet wire 5 is fused using fusion pinchers 11 and 11'. A concave area is formed on a part of one of the pinchers 11 and 11' corresponding to the dumet wire 5 so that a concave groove 12 is formed on the fusing area. Owing to the concave groove 12, the dumet wire 5 can be completely fused without deteriorating the strength of the fusing area 6. The concave groove 12 can be provided not only on one surface but also on both surfaces of the fusing area without causing any problems. |
