PURPOSE:To obtain a predetermined hot-water temperature with a high efficiency by a method wherein a three-way flow amount control valve is arranged between heat exchangers for high and low temperature to provide a bypass path for a hot-water reserving tank while a water circulating pump and the three-way flow amount control valve are controlled by the temperature of outlet ports of respective heat exchangers. CONSTITUTION:High temperature refrigerant gas circulates through a compressor 1, first heat exchanger 2 and second heat exchanger 3 sequentially while water circulates from the circulating pump 9 through the second heat exchanger 2, the three-way flow amount control valve 11 and the first heat exchanger 2 sequentially. A detecting unit 12 controls the three-way flow amount control valve 11 and adjusts the amount of branching flow so that the outlet hot-water temperature of the first heat exchanger 2 becomes the predetermined high-temperature. The rotation of the water circulating pump 9 is controlled by the outlet temperature 10 of the second heat exchanger 3 to adjust the circulating amount of water and obtain medium temperature hot-water from the outlet port 10. According to this method, the hot-water, having predetermined high temperature and medium temperature, may be obtained with a high efficiency. |
