<p>PURPOSE:To prevent separation at a reinforcing filler roll-up end or a ply roll- up end in order to enhance durability of a tyre, by placing, inside the ply roll-up part, an additional reinforcing filler, whose roll-up height is higher than ply roll- up height. CONSTITUTION:High elastic rubber 11 is used, as a bead apex, at the position close to a bead core 1, while low elasticity rubber 12 is used for the upper part or the part in the vicinity of the roll-up end 21 of a ply 2. With this, shearing strain at the roll-up end 21 of a ply 2 can be reduced. The roll up height of the ply 2 is made higher than that of a reinforcing ply 3. In order to prevent separation of the ply roll-up end 21, an additional reinforcing filler 4 is placed inside the roll-up part of the ply 2, thereby reducing strain at the ply roll-up end 21. With this contrivance, separation at reinforcing filler roll-up end 31 and ply roll- up end 21 can be prevented and durability of a tyre can be enhanced.</p> |
