PURPOSE:To improve safety and efficiency of the device by interrupting discharge of hot-water out of a hot-water reserving tank when the pressure in a heat medium circuit is reduced in the heat medium heating type hot-water supplier. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure in a low-pressure circuit happens to drop by leakage of heat medium and a pressure detector 9 detects abnormality, the water interrupting motor valve 16 is closed to preclude water feeding from a feed water pipe 10 and discharge of hot-water out of a hot-water discharging pipe 11. According to this method, discharge of hot-water out of the hot-water reserving tank 7 is precluded to secure the safety of the device while a bunkhead between the heat medium and water of heat exchanger for supplying hot-water may be constructed of a single structure. Accordingly, the heat exchanging efficiency may be improved. |
