PURPOSE:To improve the detecting accuracy of temperature in a chamber by a method wherein a piece of a temperature sensitive fitment, which is situated in the chamber, is lifted up by a mounting fitment to block a clearance between the piece in the chamber and the mounting fitment with a convection precluding piece, in the thermostat mounting device for a cooker equipped with a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The piece 12a of the L-shaped temperature sensitive fitment 12, which is situated in the heating chamber, is attached to the side plate 17 of the heating chamber by the L-shaped mounting fitment 13. In this case, the convection precluding piece 14, provided on the mounting piece 13a of the mounting fitment 13, is incorporated so that the piece 14 is abutted against the inside of the piece 12a situated in the chamber. According to this method, the heat of the temperature sensitive fitment 12 will never be released to the side plate 17 and con vection will never be generated in the clearance between the piece 12a in the chamber and the mounting piece 13a, whereby the temperature detecting accuracy may be improved. |
