<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory light distributing characteristic without uneven distribution of light even if an irradiating angle is changed over by supplying respectively light emitting energy at a prescribed ratio to plural flash discharge tubes. CONSTITUTION:The capacity of main capacitors 1a, 1b for accumulating energy is so determined that the light emitting energy thereof attains a prescribed ratio. A flash discharge tube 5a is mounted in the deep part of a reflecting shade 6 and a flash discharge tube 5b in front thereof in such a way that both tubes are juxtaposed. The ratio of the light emitting energy to be applied to the tubes 5a, 5b is so determined by changing the capacity of the capacitors 5a, 5b that the max. values of the quantity of the light of the light distributing characteristic possessed by the tubes 5a, 5b coincide. The tubes 5a, 5b are simultaneously or continuously operated at such ratio, namely the tube 5a and the tube 5b are triggered to emit light while the shutter is held open, by which the mutual light distributing characteristics are added and the overall satisfactory light distributing characteristic is obtd.</p> |
