PURPOSE:To shorten an inhibiting period of a magnetic bubble memory control in an unstable state of the time when an oscillation is started, by starting a sequence control of a magnetic bubble through a counter which counts a prescribed number of clocks when an input is started,and outputs a signal. CONSTITUTION:When an oscillating circuit of a timing generator 6 starts an oscillation, a clock is impressed to a magnetic bubble memory control circuit 7, and a counter 8 of the circuit 7 counts a prescribed number of clocks, an output signal is impressed to a control circuit 4 and the circuit 4 becomes an enable state. Subsequently, basing on a stable clock, a magnetic bubble memory device is brought to sequence control. According to such a constitution, an inhibiting period of a magnetic bubble memory control of the time when an oscillation is started can be made the shortest, and the operation efficiency of the control circuit can be raised. |
