A preformed sheet-like structure consists of two layers. The first layer is an adhesive layer that is sensitive to pressure. The second layer is a non-adhesive layer that contains an asphalt constituent. An oilproof material is placed between the two layers. The oilproof material is one of polyvinylacetate, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxyl styrene-butadiene copolymer, acrylonitrilebutadiene copolymer, acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer, or polyurethane.
