<p>Application of Everett J. DeJager (Docket No. KSP133) for UNITED STATES LETTERS PATENT on FLUID VALVE AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME An improved fluid valve and method of making same are provided wherein the valve has a rotatable closure member which is operated by a rotatable actuating device and which extends transverse the fluid flow axis of the valve; and, the actuating device has unique seal means which enables the valve to be operated while conveying high pressure fluid therethrough and at valve temperatures ranging between -40.degree. F. and 400.degree. F. The actuating device of such value may also comprise universal means enabling rotation of such actuating device and closure member free of any binding tendencies.</p> |
