<p>The steering column is telescopically sprung and can have its length varied between the handle bar and the steering ski. A diagonal strut aligned with the direction of travel is swivably connected between an axis on the front top end of the frame or the steering column and an axis at the rear lower end of the sledge on the main fixed ski runner. The coupling between this latter ski and the front frame is releasable while the connection of th frame with the ski runner is separable via a shock-absorbing support. The seat is U-shaped in cross-section and has interior holders for two foot skis.</p> |
