PURPOSE:To enable to hold a plate at either of upper and lower positions with a simple construction, by providing a holding body in proximity to the inside of the locus of rotation of a plate rotatably supporting a driving shaft rotated as one body with a driving wheel of a tractor. CONSTITUTION:On the inside surfaces of side plates 1, 2 are provided plate form holding bodies 25 which springingly support the plate 7 at an arbitrary one of upper and lower positions. At sides of the holding bodies 25 are provided slant surfaces 27 for pressing the driving shaft 9 to ends on either side of notches 16 with a center as a boundary. In the case of cutting a paper 13 provided with sprocket holes at a perforation for each predetermined pitch, the plate 7 is turned downward, and in a use mode in a pulling system in which printing is conducted by continuously feeding the paper 13, the plate 7 is turned upward. Since the driving shaft 9 is springingly pressed against the upper ends or the lower ends of the notches 16 by the slant surfaces 27 of the holding bodies 25, the plate 7 is made to be stationary at either of upper and lower positions. |
