PURPOSE:To automate the stacking of curved veneers by providing a curving mechanism section for adsorbing holdably the transferred veneers by a plurality of adsorbing boards to deform the veneer into the curved surface while reversing the veneer for transfer, to stack the transformed veneer into a curved surface type. CONSTITUTION:When a veneer P reaches above a plurality of arms 3 of a curving mechanism 2 by a conveyer 1, the veneer P is adsorbed holdably from below by adsorbing boards 4... mounted on the respective arms 3 through a shaft 5. Next, the arms 3 are pivoted unticlockwise about a pivot 6 so that a first cam follower 10 then rolls on a cam 8. Thus, a second cam follower 12 is moved upward through levers 9, 11 to move only a central shaft 5 upward to curve the veneer P. The veneers P formed curved in this reversing process are then stacked without producing any air pool on a curved mold 7. |
