PURPOSE:To average dispatching commands by setting the priority of response of a mobile station with a time difference on the basis of a prescribed time of a standby time so as to prevent interference thereby attaining effective data collection and decreasing the polling time. CONSTITUTION:When a polling signal designating a specific area is irradiated by operating an operation section 27 of a base station 2, the signal is caught by an antenna 18 of a mobile station 1 and received by a receiver 20, and the signal is demodulated by a demodulator 22 and fed to a mode data generating circuit 11. When an area designation by the polling signal and a position group signal of a sign post 3 are coincident in the mobile station 1, a car number data and an idle car data are irradiated from the antenna 18 via a data modulation circuit 16 and a transmitter 17 from the circuit 11 with a time slot of a time slot setting circuit 14, i.e., the priority. The data signal is received by a receiver 24, the car number and the mode are displayed on a display device 25, on which the car number of each mobile station is displayed sequentially based on the response order and the dispatching command is outputted based on the data. |
