PURPOSE:To enable effective formation of tile and brick patterns by forcing a mesh body for uneven pattern formation into a synthetic resin layer to be formed into a plate while being unhardened. CONSTITUTION:A mesh body 3 is forced into a synthetic resin layer 2 formed into a plate as formed tight on a base plate 4 under unhardened state to form an uneven pattern. The synthetic resin layer 2 herein applicable thermosetting resin such as urea resin, melamine resin and polyester resin besides polypropylene, polystylene, acrylic resin and polyamide based resin and the thickness thereof 2 is set according to the depth of the uneven pattern to be formed. Thus, forcing the mesh body into the synthetic resin layer facilitates the formation of uneven pattern and the formation of the uneven pattern by forcing the mesh body can improve the design effect with a clearer boundary line. In addition, the synthetic resin body can be colored in any color together with the mesh body to form a tile or brick pattern effectively. |
