PURPOSE:To enable grains to be smoothly discharged by connecting a discharging funnel to a lateral transfer chute having an inside transfer spiral to rotate said spiral only when grains are left in said funnel in discharging grains. CONSTITUTION:When grains are lifted by an elevator and circulated into a drier for drying through a guide frame 2 and a lateral transfer chute 4, a discharging port 5a of a discharging funnel 5 connected to the outside of the drier of said chute 4 is closed by a switch valve 7. On the other hand, when grains dried to a predetermined percentage of water content are discharged through said funnel 5, an operating rod 10 is pulled to swing the switch valve 7 through a discharging lever 9 for opening said port 5a. Then, a limit switch 19 and a pressure switch 20 are turned on to disengage a clutch and stop the transfer spiral 3 in said chute 4. When grains are left in said funnel 5, the pressure switch 20 is turned off by the pressure of the grains to put the clutch into engagement and rerotate the transfer spiral 3. |
