PURPOSE:To enable to securely supply and feed various kinds of printing papers, by a method wherein a paper-feeding roller provided on its surface with a layer of a high frictional coefficient substance is provided on the lower side of and in proximity to a platen. CONSTITUTION:The paper-feeding roller 16 has an outer periphery provided with an abrasion-resistant high frictional coefficient substance such as a rubber, is supported through a shaft with an arbitrary spacing between it and a paper guide 9, and has one end connected to the platen 1. Projected parts generated on a multi-part printing paper as the printing paper 6 is moved are leveled flat when the paper supplied and fed from a form tractor 2 is passed between the roller 16 and the paper guide 9, and the paper is fed to a lower part of the platen 1. Accordingly, since the paper-feeding roller 16 is provided between the platen 1 and the form tractor 2, jamming due to buckling or the like between the platen 1 and the tractor 2 is prevented from occurring, and the paper is stably supplied and fed. |
