PURPOSE:To prevent respective parts from being overloaded and to improve the durability by extending a tensed cable between a driven pulley provided onto the rotating shaft of a backdown mirror and a drivibg pulley connected to a driving motor. CONSTITUTION:The driven pulley 13 is fised to the end part of the mirror rotating shaft 14, and a winding member made of a steel wire, etc., is extended between the driven pulley 13 and the driving pulley 9 connected to the driving motor 1. The mirror driven by the driving motor to reach a backdown position 17' firstly is applied with a pressing force because of a slip between the pulley 8 and cable 11 until a clutch 4 is released afterward, and is held at a specific position with invariably constant holding force while the pressing force is held by the lock effect between worm gears 7 and 8 after the clutch 4 is released. Therefore, the respective parts are not overloaded and the durability is improved. |
