PURPOSE:To decide by a microcomputer itself whether held data is true or not before processing the data by providing a circuit for detecting a stable state of a binary stabilizing circuit and deciding whether a hit of a power source exists or not in the course of an operation, on a microcomputer body. CONSTITUTION:A binary stabilizing circuit 20 is formed by depression transistors TRs 2, 3 and enhancement TRs 4, 5, and a resistance value of the TR2 is selected so as to be larger than a resistance value of the TR3. When a power source 1 is turned on, as for a connecting point B, the potential rises more quickly than that of a connecting point A due to a resistance difference of the TRs 2, 3, and the circuit 20 is stabilized in a state of ''1''. A microcomputer body operates a writing circuit 7 by software in the beginning of a processing routine and sets the circuit 20 to a state of ''0'', therefore, after the circuit 20 has been set to ''0'', if a hit occurs in the power source 1, the circuit 20 is varied to a state of ''1''. Unless the hit cut-off occurs in the power source 1, the circuit 20 remains set to a state of ''0''. Accordingly, whether a hit of a power source exists or not can be decided by detecting a state of the circuit 20 by a power source hit detecting circuit 6.
|
