PURPOSE:To position exactly an extra fine wire by extending the extra fine wire between two positioning members which have combined a positioning plate, on which rectangular notch parts having a vertical side edge are provided at a prescribed interval, with a positioning plate which is orthogonal to the vertical side edge. CONSTITUTION:The first positioning member 11 is constituted by combining the first positioning plate 12 on which plural rectangular notch parts 14 formed from a vertical side edge 14a and a button edge 14b of a prescribed height are provided at a prescribed interval, with the second positioning plate 13 whose height is 1/2 of the plate 12 and whose upper edge 13a is higher than the bottom edge 14b, and forming a right angle part 15 by the side edge 14a and the upper edge 13a. The member 11 and the second positioning member 17 which has the same shape and size as said member and is placed by changing the upper and lower parts and the right and left are made to contact by pressing to a side plate 20 and installed on a substrate 19. An extra fine wire 16 whose outside diameter is several mum is pressed against the right angle part 15 of the member 11, and a corresponding right angle part 18 of the member 17 is made to contact by pressing to said wire, by which the extra fine wire 16 is positioned exactly. |
