PURPOSE:To uniformly adhere a pulverized material to the surface of base cloth without receiving the change in a weather condition or the influence of static electricity, by supplying the pulverized material to the surface of the base cloth moving to a horizontal direction, and converting the direction of the base cloth upwardly at a specific angle. CONSTITUTION:Base cloth 1 such as a fabric having a feather attached to the surface thereof is unwound from a wind-up part 2 and moved to a horizontal direction at a predetermined speed through a spray apparatus 8. Subsequently, a large amount of a powdery resin 4 is supplied to the surface of the base cloth 1 from a supply apparatus 3 in an excessive state and, directly behind said supply apparatus 3, the direction of the base cloth 1 is converted upwardly in a range of 45-100 deg. to the moving direction thereof by a direction converting roller 5. Because of this structure, the excessive powdery resin 4 is shaken off corresponding to a set converting angle alpha and a predetermined amount of the powdery resin 4 is uniformly adhered to the surface of the base cloth 1. The direction of the base cloth 1 is again converted by a guide roller 6 to move the same to a horizontal direction and the base cloth 1 is heated in a heating apparatus 7 to weld and fix the powdery resin 4 to the base cloth 1 to form a core cloth. |
