The two cutting jaws (5) swivel via a pressure pin (3) and are held together by link plates (1) fixed to the jaws by bolts and nuts (2). The longer arms (4) of the jaws are joined to operating levers (7) by joints on the jaw-facing ends (6) of the operating levers. These ends are provided with pairs of cam-shaped supports (10,11) which work together in rolling motion, with corresponding pairs of cams on the other jaw-facing ends of the levers, while these ends are held together by link arms (9).
