The starch hydrolysate may be partially replaced by mono, di, or oligo-saccharides, hexitols, or pentitols such that the total sugar quantity accounts for 25-45 parts by weight for 100 parts wine. The initial wine may be heated up to 95‹C to remove part of the alcohol. |
