PURPOSE:To improve the resistance to noise of a reset terminal by connecting a flip flop for noise detection to a reset signal line of an IC to detect the noise. CONSTITUTION:When the noise is inputted to a reset terminal 1 of an IC6, the output of a flip flop 3 for noise detection is inverted through areset signal line 2, and the potential of a noise detecting terminal 5 is changed. By this change of the potential, the signal applied to the reset terminal 1 is regarded as noise, and the circuit is not reset. |
