PURPOSE:To improve the eliminating effect of noise generated on a power supply line by mounting a composite device of electrode plates for power supply, where noise eliminating capacitors are arranged, on the upper face of an electronic circuit substrate where signal lines are formed. CONSTITUTION:A device 31 consists of a pair of electrode plates 32 and 33 facing each other and face bonding capacitors 34 laid between these electrode plates. An electronic circuit 41 is constituted with an anode pattern 42, a cathode pattern 43, integrated circuits 44, etc. The device 31 manufacture with a proper length is so mounted on the substrate that capacitors 34 are placed in the right of individual integrated circuits 44 arranged in the lateral direction at prescribed intervals. Since integrated circuits 44 and capacitors 34 and connected in parallel respectively in the electronic circuit 41 constituted in this manner, the noise generated in one integrated circuit 44 and its connection points is terminated without going ground to the other integrated circuits 44, and thus, the noise eliminating effects is improved without impairing a high density. |
