EXAMPLE:5-[1-(4-Chlorobenzoyl)-5-methoxy-2-methylindol-3-ylmethyl]-3-( imidazol- 1-ylmethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole. USE:An anti-inflammatory drug. Having weak damaging action on digestive organs, and low toxicity. PREPARATION:A carboxylic acid shown by the formula II is reacted with an amidoxime shown by the formula III to give an O-acylamidoxime shown by the formula IV, which is condensed through dehydration. |
