To package anethole or the liquid product containing it (liquors, aniseed aperitifs and the like) in an "aerosol can" fitted with a jet dispenser, which will be filled to half its volume with the product and pressurised with 4.5 times its volume of carbon dioxide CO2 or nitrous oxide N2O. The microbubbles of CO2 or of N2O are positioned between the molecules of anethole, preventing any agglomeration of the latter into "flakes", even under the effect of temperatures lower than 6 DEG C.
