The subject of the addition relates to the technical field of elastic attachment means. This hook comprises a hook-shaped head 6a and, opposite, a portion 6b shaped and arranged for allowing the engagement and the anchoring of an elastic cable 7, the said portion 6b having, in its thickness, a profiled opening 6c with guards 6d and 6e which are offset in terms of height, the said guards straddling the opening and which can be opened and/or closed for inserting or removing the cable and positioning it in conjunction with the said opening 6c.
