PURPOSE:To highten information transmission rate remarkably by serial synchronous transmitting parallel data on plural interfaces and correcting deviation between received data by a buffer of receiving side. CONSTITUTION:Data so far processed in a transmitting device 1 are stored in a parallel data buffer 10, and the data are supplied successively to serial synchronous data transmission controlling circuits 12-1-12-n under control of a data transmission controlling circuit 14. Data sent out from circuits 12-1-12-n are transmitted to a receiving device 2 through a signal lines 102-1-102-n, drivers 13-1-13-n and signal lines 3-1-3-n. On the other hand, the device 2 receive the signal by receivers 20-1-20-n and inputs the signal to serial synchronous data receiving controlling circuits 21-1-21-n. The circuits 21-1-21-n detects the head of transferred data, and receives data by operating receiving buffers 22-1-22-n, and reports receiving of the head to a data receiving controlling circuit 24.
