PURPOSE:To obtain small-sized piezoelectric resonance parts which are capable of coping with an automatic packaging technique by forming as one body plural lead terminals for drawing out each electrode of a piezoelectric resonance element, at a position connected to each electrode, in a resin case. CONSTITUTION:A resonance unit 11 has electrodes 13, 14 formed so as to be opposed partially to both main surfaces of a piezoelectric substrate 12 and a pressure plate 12. Also, a resonance unit 21 has electrodes 23, 24 formed so as to be opposed partially to a pressure-welded substrate 22 and both its surfaces. The units 11, 21 are stuck and fixed at a prescribed interval by an insulating adhesive agent 16 positioned between the opposed electrode parts. Subsequently, a case body 31 formed by a resin is provided. A piezoelectric resonator 1 is contained in this case 31, and lead terminals 32, 33 for drawing out various electrodes 13, 23, 14 and 24 of the resonator 1 to the outside, etc. are formed as one body with the case body 31. |
