PURPOSE:To enable to manufacture a permanent magnet which has less irregular magnetization by flowing the prescribed value of magnetizing current by inserting insulating plates between the electrodes after winding a magnetized yoke, and then fixing the windings with resin. CONSTITUTION:A winding 5 is wound on a magnetized yoke 4, an insulating plate 8 is inserted between the windings 5 and 5 of adjacent winding units, a current of 50-70% of the magnetizing current is flowed in the same method as the magnetization. Then, the windings 5 are moved and arranged to reduce a gap in the inward direction of the yoke 4. When the current is thus flowed, the plate 8 is removed after arranging the windings 5 after manually winding, and fixed with resin. If the plate 8 is not inserted at the arranging time by flowing the current, a swell occurs at the winding 5 by the current, a strict arranging cannot be performed, and irregular magnetizing force can occur. |
