FREQUENCY DIVIDING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To obtain a frequency dividing circuit which is operated stably in a wide band with a simple constitution, by adding an LC series circuit consisting of a capacitor and an inductance in parallel between the anode and the cathode of a diode. CONSTITUTION:The frequency dividing operation is performed when a diode D31 is biased in the forward direction, and the bias voltage is higher when the frequency of an input signal is lower, and the bias voltage is shifted to a lower value according as the frequency is higher. The constant of the circuit consisting of a capacitor C31 and an inductance L31 or the capacity of the diode D31 is changed to vary the band where the frequency can be divided. The bias voltage is changed to vary a frequency division number.
