CONSTITUTION:Loads from conveyors 1, 2 are conveyed via a belt conveyor which has a plurality of motors M1-MN in directions C and D. At this time, the output of a pulse generator PG4 provided at the motor M4 is, for example, inputted to it own speed alignign controller CTL4, and a reference voltage is applied to a speed aligning controller CTL3 of slave and a speed aligning controller CTL5 of master. The adjacent speed aligning controllers CTL3, CTL5 freely vary the input voltage by the regulation of a speed setter VR4, the speed is controlled sequentially in the order of master, slave, master and slave. Accordingly, another operation of the necessary group can be operated so that the all of the motors can become master.
